About Us
Kent Reed is the Director of Customer Service at Latitude Signage + Design and has more than 20 years of experience in the signage industry. His background also includes a decade in sales and catalog marketing management in the custom motorcycle and aftermarket parts sector. Kent holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Iowa State University and has built a comprehensive skill set throughout his career, spanning design, project management, sales, production, and operations management.
In 2016, Kent survived a serious motorcycle accident that left him comatose for a day and a half with skull fractures and a brain bleed. Deeply grateful for his recovery—and for the military personnel and emergency service professionals whose dedication ensures the safety and freedom of others—he founded the nonprofit organization American Brawn. This initiative serves to raise funds for US military and emergency service personnel to pay back and to pay forward the sacrifices and dedication these individuals have made for our communities and country and to generate support that honors their service and sacrifice to the United States.
Taylor Marsho is a University of Northern Iowa graduate with an Elementary and Early childhood Education major, focused in literacy. Taylor is currently a preschool teacher at the Grinnell College Preschool and Research Lab. Prior to that she taught kindergarten in Grinnell and earlier at Newton, Iowa where she received an Excellence in Education Award from the Newton Chamber of Commerce. After 14 years of dance through school, Taylor was a dance teacher at Michelle's Dance Academy in Grinnell for years and assisted with music/costume selection and choreography of dances.
Jay Albright is a seasoned entrepreneur with expertise in sales, marketing, and finance. He holds a BBA from the University of Iowa and a CPA from the Iowa Board of Accountancy. Known for his organizational skills and strong communication and leadership abilities, Jay has earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike. He currently provides business consulting through his company, Advantage Consulting.
Previously, Jay was co-owner, president, and CEO of Medical Billing Services, where he led strategic growth and managed IT and billing operations for medical clients. He also owned and operated Albrecht, Ltd., providing business consulting services including business planning, financial analysis, and commercial loan packaging, while working with city officials on zoning for development projects across the Midwest.
Earlier in his career, Jay was the President, CEO, and CFO of Ala-Carte by Albrecht, an international manufacturing company specializing in portable merchandising units. He successfully grew the business from start-up to a recognized brand in the food service and retail industries, managing all aspects from design and production to marketing and sales. His efforts resulted in national market recognition and expanded international sales through collaboration with the Iowa Department of Economic Development’s Export Program.
Elizabeth Kelner is currently Operations and Brand Experience Manager with a broad and well-rounded background in art and design at Calia Stone Boutique. Her work is supported by experience in museums, the art auction industry, and fashion retail. She holds a master's degree in Modern and Contemporary Art History with a specialization in Design History from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Before joining Calia, Elizabeth served as a full-time cataloguer at Hindman Auctions in Chicago’s West Loop, where she contributed to the Department of European Furniture and Decorative Arts and further developed her expertise in historical art and design.
Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude from Iowa State University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Art and Design. Her early studies in graphic design continue to inform her professional practice. Immediately following her undergraduate studies, she relocated to Chicago to pursue graduate work at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, completing her master’s degree two years later. Her thesis examined the representation and interpretation of design and its canonical history within museum contexts.
Kevin Velovitch works at United Airlines as a manager within their International Network Planning department, specifically focusing on the future strategy of United’s international fleet. Prior to working for United, Kevin spent over five years with Accenture in both Milwaukee and Chicago. His work with Accenture included managing multi-million dollar in-store technology implementation projects for a large U.S. client.
He received his BBA in Finance and Management from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business in 2012 where he received the University’s Leadership Legacy Award and was recently awarded 2019 Tippie College of Business Young Alumni of the Year. He is currently pursuing his MBA at DePaul University in an evening cohort. Kevin served five years on the Tippie College of Business’s Young Alumni Board, three of which were as the Board’s Executive Chair.
In his free time, he enjoys attending home and away Iowa football games, visiting family and friends across the U.S., and traveling internationally.
Amanda Hammond is the full-time Office Manager for a contractor in the Des Moines area and serves as an EMT outside of normal work hours. She began her EMS career as a single parent attending college, persevering through significant challenges to earn her degree. Now married with six boys, she balances a busy family life with her commitment to serving others.
With more than 18 years of experience in the Fire and EMS service, Amanda takes great pride in her work. Her background includes teaching EMS skills and evaluating students during practical exams at Des Moines Area Community College, serving on the Fire and Safety Crew at the Iowa Speedway in Newton, and volunteering with the Milo Fire Department. Known for stepping forward when others may hesitate, Amanda is guided by a strong belief in a higher power and approaches every scene with dedication, compassion, and her best effort for the patients and families she serves.
Maddy Marsho s a University of Iowa graduate and the Content Director at Double You Marketing in Grinnell. Since joining the team in 2022, she has helped clients strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate new business through strategic social media and content development. She is passionate about helping businesses promote themselves in distinctive and meaningful ways.
Maddy is part of the core Double You Marketing team alongside Katy Wells, collaborating with a nationwide network of specialists to deliver high-quality, efficiently executed campaigns.
Beyond her professional work, Maddy serves on the board of S.H.E. Counts, a nonprofit supporting and empowering girls and women in Poweshiek County. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Chris, and their two daughters, Soliea and Delilah.
